Below are delivery times and shipping costs by country (these are currently the only countries we deliver to). Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary. If your order value is lower than €70, shipping costs within the Netherlands are €4.95. For Belgium and Germany this applies if the order value is lower than €100, otherwise the shipping costs are €10.95. For other countries, the shipping costs are €12.95 if the order value is lower than €100. 

Netherlands - 1- 5 working days - Free (above an order of €70)

Belgium - 1- 5 working days - Free (above an order of €100)

Germany - 2- 7 working days - Free (above an order of €100)

Luxembrug - 2- 7 business days - Free (above a €100 order)

Austria - 2- 7 working days - Free (above an order of €100)

France - 2- 7 working days - Free (above an order of €100)

Spain - 2- 7 working days - Free (above an order of €100)

Italy - 2- 7 working days - Free (above an order of €100)

Portugal - 2- 7 working days - Free (above an order of €100)

Returns:

If you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. The return costs will be at your expense. Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 business days using the same payment method you used when ordering (provided all requirements are met).

 

Did you receive a damaged item? We will replace it at no additional charge. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and send a photo of the damaged product.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns once the item is received, unless the product is unused and still unopened in its original packaging.

 

It is possible that your package has arrived, but that you have not received a message from the carrier. If the portal states that your package has not arrived when it has, this is because letterbox packages are not always scanned correctly. If this happens to you, the returns portal unfortunately does not work because we need the received status so that the system recognizes the package. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this because this information comes from third parties. If this problem occurs, please send an email to report a return and include the reason. We will then arrange for you to create a return label within 48 hours.
